my whole body is aching. my tummy muscles hurts, my calf muscles hurt too. my thigh as well. woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooosh. training was horrible ttm today. we had to do like 3 groups of 50 shuang yao. almost died. haiz. it's so sad lor! i wish i have a really completely FLAT and at least a little teeny weeny bit of muscles tummy. but no matter how after trng wah happy happy becos tummy flat, then i shud drink a little bit of water then it bloats up again =.= so irritating. and i just drank bubble tea today. so much for my (no bubble tea) diet. i need to buy the tummy warping thing from watsons desperately. goal is to make my tummy as flat and skinny as kim cai's. walao her's is like concave liao leh tooo flat already. so freakin jealous. oh! and there're 3 p6 training with us too! haha they are soooo cute! especially ashley! but as usual they are really flex and pro. which is sad. but they look sooo gay and happy during ti tui haha. havent really got to know them well yet. must be a goood senior!!!!! :) wootz! going to china on friday MUAHAHAHA BYEBYE TRAINING!!!!! for a week only. and in this week sheng asks me to do dun qi and exercise everyday in the hotel myself. =.= i guess i'll have to do it man, if not ah my already lousy ttm stamina will plummet in just a few days. so much for a no-thinking-gym break. but im really excited!!!!!! =)
