just acme back from training. wah damn tired today. want to die when ti tui. haiz. came home and flopped into the floor not bothering to bath first. today laoshi let has play dotch ball (i duno how to spell it) it was fun, but ran a lot, tat's why was quite tired after wards. then came the much dreaded section of training PT. laoshi changed the shuang yao to 10 shuang yao continuous 3 groups of that. if in the mist of the shuang yao, u do 6 and u trip, then must start all over again. wah sai tat pissed me off so much. ok i miraculously finished the 1st group thinking, "ok on to di er zhu" then jump until the 9th one then suddenly ban sheng damn irritating. had to restart all over again. then did another till the 8th then ban sheng. was dying liao. managed to complete it. haiz. ya tui was ok, although i felt slack. feeling quite accomplished for being able to stay there touch floor for my right leg teehee. but rose denise and ting are like crazy pppl. they can stay there longer than me. my left leg suxx. it can only touch ground when laoshi pushes me. wah then during ti tui kua tiao i was already panting like hell. but survived it so haha. learnt how to do the do degrees leg zhuan ti! think im gonna miss lilaoshi when she leaves. she's a good coach. and a nice one too! she's almost like jianglaoshi! she's not biased at all, like she helps everyone, not only the pros like car and denise and rose. but jiang is still more talkative than lilaoshi. haha. will miss her la. aw man! hate changing coaches! getting sick of it.

aw man! didnt get to watch streetdance today becos of that stupid carrissa tinggggg. we were supposed to watch yesterday, but haha she was sick so we pushed it to today. AND TODAY she didnt come. haha nvm la. ren jia shen bing mah. get well soon kay! yesterday's concert prep was so-so la, cant say its very productive, but didnt slack so good! took jump shots! teehee!
