Just came back from Gym training. Stretching the legs, u have to know, for me, there are 3 types of pain.
1. the comfortable pain. doing splits flat on the ground, all sides.
2. the totally not endurable pain, putting 1 leg on a chair and stretching more than 180 degrees. (omg lor, Miki and the other pros can force their bottoms to touch the ground!) *ouch*
3. the PAINFUL pain. The one u stretched too TOO hard until u hurt yourself . the type of pain which feel like only a...a string pulling. It's thin, only like a small piece of muscles in ur thighs painful... URGH dunno how to explain la! it's the most painful one, that u cant do anything, juz wait 4 it to heal.
Miki just told me about her National Team training (pro) which is 100 times tougher, so... I MUST ENDURE!!!!!!!!!!!!
